Melissa Mayer-Benedetti

Melissa has over 15 years of industry experience. As a Director of Interior Design, she is responsible for independently managing interior design projects through all phases of the design, construction, FF&E, and procurement processes. Her extensive experience includes higher education, corporate, hospitality, financial, and multi-unit residential projects including, market rate, active adult, student housing, affordable housing, and workforce housing. For the past decade, Melissa has focused her design talents on developing design that enhances the user’s experience across a myriad of project types and budgets. She is dedicated to developing and nurturing close relationships with her clients and building a team that is as passionate about design excellence as she is. Melissa holds an Interior design degree from Philadelphia University (B.S.) and an Executive Certificate in Design Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania. She is also NCIDQ and IIDA certified.
