Mel has over 25 years of experience across a number of industries including education, finance, marketing, and legal. She is a certified New Jersey teacher with a specialization in business and spent over 5 years in education. Prior to that, she spent seven years in marketing in the finance industry at a global credit rating agency. Mel has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland and a Graduate Diploma of Education from Monash University. She is excited to have recently joined UP and looks forward to supporting the team.
