Gregory has 35 years of experience working on multi-family residential, single-family residential, industrial, hospitality, DOD, and commercial real estate projects. He has worked on projects nationwide, in China, the UAE, and for the Department of Defense in Afghanistan. Gregory is dedicated to his work and delivering the best project possible,supported by his numerous certifications and continued efforts in continuing education. He earned his certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) while at The George Washington University, his master’s of Residential Marketing (MIRM) from NAHB, and the Light Construction Development Management (LCDM) professional designation from UC Irvine.
