Greg has 40 years of experience in the construction industry. In that time, he has worked on projects across the nation of various scale, including multi-family, high rises, commercial, senior, and rehabs. His formative time as a master carpenter in Washington, D.C. shaped his approach to the field of construction. Greg brings a practical, solutions-oriented mindset to his work, which has proved essential on the complex and evolving projects he takes on. He is a Certified Building Inspector (CBI) in New Jersey for both residential and commercial structures. He holds an Associate’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the Atlantic Cape Community College.
