The Project
Located in the heart of the Italian Market in Philadelphia, Cedars Village is a 5-story facility containing 64 apartments for senior housing. The first floor is structural steel and precast plank with remainder of floors wood construction. The exterior facade is brick & stucco with a partial green roof.
