The Project
Bergen Circle Apartments is a rehabilitation of an existing affordable housing community. It is comprised of a 7-story apartment complex with 161 apartments and community resources. There is also a playground and a neighborhood of townhouses with 40 apartments on site. The community contains affordable and market-rate apartments for rent. The rehabilitation of this community was necessary to bring the standard of living up for residents and replace the failing masonry cladding.
