Alfio has over 13 years of professional experience in architecture, working on a multitude of project types from mixed-use to multifamily, with a majority of that experience with midrise student housing projects. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, and he has been licensed in Pennsylvania since 2019. Alfio has experience in all phases, from concept design through construction administration. He enjoys collaboration and mentoring.
INTERESTING FACT
Alfio enjoys traveling & hiking. He strives to visit at least two new places each year (domestic and abroad) and has been mostly successful in that goal since graduating college.
